1-join a gym that will be my first priority i have to be in shape and not just lose weight. i need stamina and endurance to reach my goal the sooner i start the better.
2-get on a diet of some kind i know that is not easy but i have to denas&linas as thy are called i think that is the name is a meals on wheels kind of thing where they do the calorie counting for you and deliver boxes every day of food that you eat for that day. its will be hard to stay on that especially with my tuesday lunch with a friend a family lunch on friday and a family dinner on saturday and sometimes monday but i will try to stay with it and hope that the workout will cancel out these extra meals.
3- i need to quite smoking or at least try to cut back i know that i got sick because of smoking or at least it didn't make it and better.
here are the three things on my mind at the moment i just hope this will work out my dream is to be in the desert challenge and i have to do these things to get to my dream. stay safe all
