Preparations

Well with our activities and adventures none of us are prepared for the what if's so I have decided to take a first aid course that will help in the event of an accident or in case something should happen. I like to be prepared having a first aid kit is not enough you need to know how to use it that's why I am doing this since none of my friends have taken a first aid course I wanted to do it.
